Mitigation Crew Member
Role:
Crew Member (Entry Level), reporting directly to their assigned Crew Leader. This position focuses on learning and executing fundamental tasks within a designated crew, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
Follows instructions and directions given by the Crew Leader.
Learns the fundamentals of their crew's assigned work.
Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
Assists in the setup and breakdown of job sites.
Handles and transports materials and equipment as directed.
Adheres to all company safety policies and procedures.
Participates in on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Skills/Training:
Little to no prior technical training required.
On-the-job training provided by Crew Leaders.
Emphasis on following directions and working safely.
Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
Basic understanding of hand tools and equipment (to be developed).
Ability to work as part of a team.
Reporting:
Reports directly to their assigned Crew Leader.
Provides updates on task progress and any potential issues to the Crew Leader.
Communicates effectively with their Crew Leader and other team members.
Physical Expectations:
Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Able to bend, kneel, and reach as necessary for tasks.
Able to safely climb ladders if required.
Able to work in various weather conditions.
Additional Requirements:

Reconstruction Crew Member
Role:
Reconstruction Crew Member, reporting directly to their assigned Crew Leader. This position focuses on learning and executing fundamental reconstruction tasks, including drywall installation/repair, painting, and carpentry, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
Follows instructions and directions given by their Crew Leader.
Learns the fundamentals of drywall installation/repair, painting, &/or basic carpentry.
Maintains a clean and organized work environment, including job sites and company vehicles.
Assists in the setup and breakdown of job sites, ensuring all tools and materials are accounted for.
Handles and transports construction materials and equipment as directed.
Adheres to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Participates in on-the-job training to enhance skills in construction techniques.
Skills/Training:
Little to no prior technical training in reconstruction activities required.
On-the-job training provided by Crew Leaders..
Emphasis on following directions and working safely with construction materials and tools.
Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly in reconstruction activities.
Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools related to drywall, painting, and carpentry (to be developed).
Ability to work as part of a team on reconstruction projects.
